How does AVNT sizing run?
Our sizing is true to adult casual streetwear. Follow us on social to view our look books and to get a more personal view of how pieces fit.
Do you restock merchandise that have sold out?
We don't typically restock pieces that have been sold out. Follow us on social to be the first to know about the next merch drop!
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Due to limited quantity and high demand, returns and exchanges are not available as all sales are final.
How long will my order take to ship?
We do our best to have every order shipped within 14-21 business days. *depending on the delivery location & order volumes shipping times may vary.
Where is my order’s tracking information?
Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the original email address or phone number provided during checkout. Be sure to check your spam or promotional folders, sometimes they are found there!
Am I able to change my shipping address?
We allow for shipping address updates within 24 hours of the order being placed. When submitting an address update request, please be sure to include the full correctly formatted shipping address including apartment number, if applicable. - Once your order is processed and leaves our facility there is little we can do to correct a shipping address unless your order is returned by the carrier.
My order was split-shipped, what does that mean?
Your order was shipped in two different packages. For split shipped orders, the original tracking information will update once the rest of your order ships. In the top left corner of the UPS tracking page, it should say 1 of 2 Piece Shipment. If you click on that it will take you to the 2 of 2 piece tracking information.
Do your shipping & handling charges include international customs fees?
Our shipping and handling charges do not include international customs fees. For the handling of customs fees, contact the carrier or your local customs department.
What do I do if I have an issue with my delivered order?
For further resolution, please send detailed photos of your packing slip & merchandise you received with labeling to our customer support team at god@avnt.space
